I had an emergency appointment for a broken incisor. I was seen the same day, which was such a relief. Dr Rajah was brilliant -she was professional, had great attention to detail, and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. The composite fix looks amazing, honestly better than before! This is the second time I have used this dentist for Botox treatment for very painful TMJ. On both occasions I saw Dr Uzma Rajah, who was extremely kind and caring. Not only did I receive treatment that provided significant pain relief, but because of the severity of my condition, Dr Rajah also personally made two referrals for me. As a result, I am now under the care of two consultants — one for NHS Botox and another to receive a mouth splint. I recently returned to her for another dose of Botox as, unfortunately, the NHS will only administer it once every six months and the effects do not last that long. Once again, I was met with real sympathy and understanding, and I left feeling reassured and genuinely listened to. No understanding or willingness to help felt more money-focused than child-care focused.
